1. Data Controller

LIGA — TVNETVOZ (trade name of Optimistic Domain), contact comercial@tvnetvoz.pt, is the controller of your personal data processed through this website and the telecom/energy mediation services we provide.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only data you voluntarily submit via contact or proposal request forms:

Identification and contact data: name, phone, email, installation postcode
Request data: service sought (fibre, TV, mobile, energy, packs), preferred contact time
Technical navigation data (with consent): via Google Analytics (GA4) we collect anonymised site usage data — pages visited, dwell time, traffic source, device/browser. These data are only collected after your explicit consent in the cookie banner.

4. Data Sharing

Your data is not sold. It may be shared only with:

Telecom/energy operators — strictly for coverage checks, eligibility and formalising the subscription you requested
Technical processors — Netlify (forms and hosting), Google (Analytics, only with consent)
Competent authorities — when legally required

We do not transfer data outside the EEA without adequate safeguards.

5. Data Retention

Form data (proposal requests): retained up to 2 years after last contact, or until erasure request
Navigation data (GA4): retained by Google Analytics for 14 months (GA4 default), anonymised via Consent Mode v2
Consent records (cookies): stored in your browser (localStorage) indefinitely until revoked

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You may exercise at any time by contacting comercial@tvnetvoz.pt:

Access — know what data we process and why
Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Erasure — "right to be forgotten" (save legal retention obligations)
Restriction — suspend data use in certain cases
Objection — object to direct marketing or legitimate interest processing
Portability — receive your data in a structured format
Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting lawfulness of prior processing (also via cookie banner)

We respond within the legal deadline (1 month, extendable to 3 for complex cases). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD — Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).

7. Cookies and Google Analytics (GA4)

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand site usage and improve it. GA4 only loads after your explicit consent in the cookie banner (button "Accept").

If you click "Reject": GA4 does not load; we send Google a denied consent signal (Consent Mode v2) — no cookies, no personal data
If you click "Accept": GA4 loads with analytics_storage: 'granted'; collects pseudonymised data (anonymised IP, no direct identifiers)
You can change your choice anytime: clear site data in browser or reload in private browsing

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS/TLS, Netlify forms with honeypot and timestamp, restricted data access, EU servers). No system is 100% secure; in case of a personal data breach with high risk, we will notify CNPD and affected data subjects as legally required.

9. Minors

Our services are intended for adults (18+) — holders of telecom/energy contracts. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

Any changes will be posted on this page with an update date. Substantive changes will be prominently highlighted.
