1. Scope and object

This website (tvnetvoz.pt) is operated by LIGA — TVNETVOZ (trade name of Optimistic Domain), contact comercial@tvnetvoz.pt.

These Terms govern access to and use of the website and the independent telecom and energy mediation services we provide to consumers in Portugal. By using the site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Nature of the service

• Independent mediation: we are not a telecom operator or energy supplier. We do not enter into supply contracts on our own behalf.
• Decision support: we analyse your consumption profile and address, check coverage with operators, and present suitable options.
• Referral: with your agreement, we forward your request to the chosen operator, which formalises the contract directly with you.
• No cost to you: our support and mediation service is free for the end consumer.

3. Information, prices and availability

• All information on the site (prices, campaigns, speeds, channels, conditions) is indicative only.
• Real availability (fibre coverage, energy eligibility, equipment stock) is only confirmed by the operator at the moment of subscription.
• Prices shown (e.g., "from 29.49 €/month") are reference values for base packages, subject to commercial conditions, loyalty periods, installation location and current campaigns.
• We do not guarantee that any operator, package or price is available at your address until formally confirmed.

4. Responsibilities

• LIGA: we strive to keep information up to date and accurate. We are not liable for errors, omissions, unilateral operator changes, temporary site unavailability, or subscription decisions based on indicative information.
• User: you must provide correct data (name, phone, email, postcode). You are responsible for confirming all contractual terms directly with the operator before subscribing.
• Operators: the final contractual relationship is between you and the operator. LIGA is not a party to that contract and does not guarantee the operator's performance.

5. Intellectual property

All site content (texts, images, illustrations, logos, code, structure) is owned by LIGA / Optimistic Domain or licensed. Reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation is not permitted without prior written authorisation. Personal, non-commercial use (viewing, printing for own reference) is permitted.

6. Third-party links

The site may contain links to operator websites, regulators (ANACOM, ERSE, CNPD) or technical partners (Netlify, Google). We do not control those sites and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies or practices.

7. Personal data and cookies

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. Cookie use is governed by our Cookie Policy. By using the site, you consent to the processing described in those policies.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or specific features (forms, chat, WhatsApp) at any time, without prior notice, for technical, legal or security reasons. Termination does not affect already acquired rights or ongoing obligations.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from use of the site or mediation services shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection jurisdiction rules.
